Executive Chairman

Chairman of Dunia Melayu Dunia Islam (DMDI) Malaysia, an organisation that promotes unity, education and entrepreneurship among Malay and Muslim communities worldwide. With extensive experience in leadership and business, he has been actively involved in strengthening international collaborations across more than 20 countries, empowering small and medium entrepreneurs through DMDI's community and business development programmes, and promoting education, entrepreneurship and community well-being in Malaysia and beyond.

Vice Admiral Dato' Pahlawan Ts Shamsuddin bin Hj Ludin (Retired)

Executive Director

Served the Royal Malaysian Navy for 40 years across warship command, maritime operations, human resource, defence capability planning, training and cyber defence. His last assignment before early retirement was Deputy Chief of Navy, following his command of the Western Fleet Command. He led the establishment of the Malaysian Armed Forces Cyber Electromagnetic Division and was honoured as Cyber Security Professional of the Year 2021 by CyberSecurity Malaysia. He is an Adjunct Professor at MARA University of Technology and a Professional Technologist recognised by the Malaysian Board of Technology.

Ikmal Fitri bin Nasir

Managing Director

A business development and corporate strategy professional with experience across leadership, operations and organisational growth. His career includes roles as Director of Business Development, General Manager, Business Development Manager, Operational Specialist and Executive Director — building business direction, managing operational execution and supporting corporate planning through structured planning and effective implementation of corporate initiatives.

Lt Cdr Ts. Mohd Zulhilmi bin Jamaluddin RMN (Retired)

Operation Director

A defence technology leader with over 18 years of Royal Malaysian Navy experience in system design, system integration, engineering, operations, training and leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from ATMA-UTM and a Master of Engineering Management from UPM, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration. He serves as an MBOT Council Member, CDIM Executive Committee member, DSD panel member and MQA panel member.
